SUMMARY A successful EV EasyOne installation can lead to • a draw reduction of typically between 15-40% • the possibility of reducing furnish quality • the possibility of increasing steam pressure without losing runnability • a reduction in the porosity due to lower tension between the press and dryer section • increased sheet elongation • a reduction in web breaks of typically between 20-60% when compared to standard “low vacuum” stabilisers • easy ropeless tail threading and less widening breaks • significant cost savings in consumables due to no need for replacement/worn out parts.
